Ooh that’s a tough one. I’d pick your coconut rice pudding, South Indian style, as I love Thai coconut rice, and love the idea of coconut in an Indian kheer. Never had it, but want to try it.

I love the Tandoori chicken Tikka. I love Indian food and struggle sometimes to find the healthier dishes so this is a good one. It is a pretty fail safe recipe that my husband loves.

All time favourite curry is Lamb Xacuti – Lamb cooked with roasted fennel seeds, cloves of garlic a gorgeous spice blend.
I’ve tried many of the recipes, and loved each one, but the most used by far is the Anda Bhurji. I’ve used that recipe in emergency situations, as part of a large brunch for guests, and for my wife in bed.
It’s an instant classic and everyone should try it!!
It would have to be the Rajasthani Jungli Laal Maas – Fiery Red Lamb curry cooked with chillies as lamb is my favourite meat in a curry and I like them hot.

Without a doubt, it would be Kandhari Murgh Tikka! I keep meaning to try the recipe as the thought of that garlic/ginger, heat but tangy blend is so appealing to me! The idea o the pomegranate in there makes my mouth water too.
