You will learn traditional techniques in cooking, using spices to enhance the flavours of your dishes and cook a variety of curries. Sharing my family recipes and answering all your spice and curry queries.
You will cook regional Indian curries and the discover the diversity in Indian cooking. There is a range of vegetarian as well as non vegetarian dishes alongside side dishes, breads and street food. The 3 hour workshop is £90/- per person inclusive of-
