The response our February class has been so brilliant and many of you have made enquiries for an additional date. So I’m delighted to add a new hands on cookery class date in March! Come along and learn how to cooking home cooked Indian curries with authentic flavours and find out about spices too. I will be hosting this at the wonderful venue of Food Nation. The well equipped kitchen has individual cooking stations for all those who attend so you get to cook each curry with a step by step guide as I take you through the recipes.
My cookery classes cover a range of traditional Indian curries from family homes across India. I will be sharing techniques, recipes and cookery tips with a view that you can replicate the dishes and make them part of your daily/ weekly repertoire.
There will be Indian dishes offering variety, putting together a menu that is full of flavour. As always the classes aim to be fun, informative, giving an insight into Indian food and how you can make it part of your repertoire. Including street food, snacks, kebabs, chutneys, pickles and curries. Find out more about spices and ask your curry queries and learn how to rustle up your own spice blends and Indian food. You will also have an opportunity taste all the curries, breads, chutneys and dessert and a chance to take home the recipe cards. Details for the class listed below
