Easy Indian Curries Cookery Class
Exciting new dates added for my Indian cookery classes! These classes will focus on Easy Curries that you can cook as part of your mid week suppers. Simple to follow with recipes at hand; and dishes that are eaten as part of an everyday meal in most Indian households. Maunika Gowardhan will share family recipes, cooking secrets and spice tips on Indian cooking on the dates below.
The cookery sessions over the last few years have been hugely well received with sell out dates leaving a lot of foodie folk vying for a space.
There will be authentic curries offering variety, putting together a menu that is full of flavour. The classes aim to be fun, informative, giving an insight into Indian food and how it’s cooked in communities around India. Find out more about home cooked meals and ask your curry queries.

The 3 hour workshop is £40/- per person inclusive of
A Master class with Maunika showcasing easy Indian street food snacks, curries and desserts
A 3 course Indian meal comprising of delicious curries, freshly made breads, chutneys and dessert to follow with a glass of wine.
A goody bag to include Indian chutney and jars of a homemade spice blend
