I am so excited to host a one off special Indian cookery event with Sainsbury’s Magazine team in April! The master class will include an Indian feast featuring regional offerings of authentic home cooked curries in the heart of Clerkenwell, London. With 20 spaces only available on each class!
Where? Food at 52 on Central street; The well equipped cooking area will be where you will get a chance to learn how to cook authentic Indian recipes and spice blends, ask your curry queries and also sample the range of dishes.

Theme – Indian flavours with home cooked curries – an introduction to regional Indian dishes, easy to follow home cooked curries and recipes. Also learn to make your own spice blends for everyday cooking
Price – £45/- Starting at 7.30pm the event includes a master class learning how to cook Indian curries with Maunika, with curry & spice tips, and a Q & A session. Followed by an Indian meal including snacks, curries, naan, homemade chutneys, dessert and wine included. With teas and coffee to finish the meal and recipes to take home.
