Learn delicious and fragrant South Indian curries at this hands on Indian cookery class. We are celebrating the flavours of the diverse cuisine including dishes from Hyderabad, Kerala and Chettinaad. Learn how to cook delicious chutneys, flavoursome rice, curries, stir fries and techniques of cooking. Maunika will share her culinary secrets she has learnt from family homes in the local communities of south India and answer your spice and curry queries.
Followed by a 5 course south Indian lunch of delicious street food, authentic curries, freshly made breads, chutneys, raita and pulao. Wine to accompany the meal followed by an Indian dessert to follow.
The cookery class is £75/- All equipment and ingredients are provided for the class. You will leave with recipe cards, a goody bag to include Indian chutney and jars of a homemade spice blend and knowledge to recreate these dishes in your own kitchen. Class times are a basic guide based on level of cooking of participants. This includes cooking times, demonstration and lunch. All classes above once booked are non refundable. Nor can we move the tickets to another date if you are unable to attend. So make sure to check your diary before you book a space!
