Exploring some of India’s classic Vegetarian Indian curries that are aromatic and cooked with freshly ground spices. With so many people opting for a vegetarian diet its a chance to learn traditional techniques in cooking, using spices to enhance the flavours of your dishes and cook a variety of curries. Sharing easy recipes from across India and answering all your spice and curry queries. You will cook vegetarian Indian curries and the discover the diversity in Indian cooking spices and cooking techniques and how versatile vegetarian curries can be with a range of snacks, curries, sides, chutneys and breads.

A hands on cookery class with Maunika showcasing spices and aromatic flavours cooking range of curries, stir fries and chutneys
A 5 course Indian meal of Indian snacks, delicious curries, freshly made breads, pickle and dessert. Wine to compliment the meal. Spice gifts to take home along with easy to follow recipe cards to take away.

Class times are a basic guide based on level of cooking of participants. This includes cooking times, demonstration and lunch. All classes above once booked are non refundable. Nor can we move the tickets to another date if you are unable to attend. So make sure to check your diary before you book a space!
