To say I was nervously excited was an understatement. But I prepped, cooked and served what people have said was “amazing Indian food”. Positive comments galore, empty plates and full bellies. Now that’s what I call a cracking event! With gorgeous wines from Passione Vino which complimented the food beautifully.

But one that most definitely couldn’t be pulled off without the tireless effort from Danny for being supportive, amazing and just brilliant!

And of course Luke (ex graduate from the Fifteen programme) for the massive support during prep and cooking some fantastic food. Also a big thank you to all the team at Fifteen and volunteers for their help.
