My latest recipe with Pataks is definitely got to be this center piece for your next dinner party! Tandoori gobi cooked with the spice paste, cumin, coriander and chilli. I love cooking this whole in the oven for minimum effort on prep. Also serving it with a refreshing mint chutney and onion salad is definitely a winner for vegetarians.
