An easy homemade version that's a must try!

Homemade Paneer is really simple and something that does not require too many ingredients. So my post for homemade paneer has had quite a few people convinced about making it! I was delighted to see one of them included Yotam Ottolenghi and he was kind enough to even mention it in his recent Guardian Newspaper column
