Festive Indian recipes in Dubai Spinneys Magazine

Such a fun photo shoot this summer with the team from Dubai based magazine Spinneys for their feature on Indian festive recipes! I share 6 delicious regional curries including Sindhi Kadhi, Bengali Patishapta, Goan Caril de Galinha and a delicious cumin & mango spiced Jal Jeera to accompany the meal. This has got to be one of my favorite features. Thank you to the brilliant team – Mike, Amy and Emma that made this shoot so much fun and also amazing to showcase diversity of Indian food. Make sure to pick up your copy in stores across Dubai. You can also view the recipes here online

Thank you to Mike English for these amazing images and capturing the essence of Indian cooking!
