Its not everyday you wake up to see your face on the front page of the Sunday papers! I was super excited to make the front page of the Sunday Telegraph this weekend as part of their Summer Food Special issue and also to contribute a recipe to the Stella Magazine amongst a group of formidable names in the cookery world including Tessa Kiros and Shuko Oda.
I spoke to the magazine about my time growing up in India and share a delicious green fish curry recipe which my mum would cook for us often. This is one of my favourite curries with coriander, chilli and coconut milk, perfect with steamed rice and some papad!
