Indian Kitchen gets its first review in India!

Indian Kitchen is officially out in India! And its the best feeling in the world knowing that so many of you have been enjoying the book in Delhi, Jaipur, Bombay, Calcutta, Goa and Bangalore. Its humbling and exciting to see everyone tweeting and sending photos on Instagram of when they receive their copies. I am so proud to have my cookbook at stores across in India where I have grown up and to share some fantastic regional Indian recipes in Indian Kitchen.

One of the first reviews in India was out in early June and you can read it here on the Times of India page

I also did an interview with India Food Network chatting to Kalyan Karmakar about growing up on Indian food and its influences in my career. Thank you Hachette India for your support in getting my cookbook across the shores. Truly amazing! M x
