Jamie Magazine Curry Issue

With all the buzz for Indian food in the UK it’s fantastic to see Jamie Magazine dedicate an entire issue to Britain’s favourite food – Curry! And all the more exciting as they have featured my Indian street food recipe for Dahi Batata Puri; a quintessential Mumbai street food snack that’s quick to rustle up, absolutely delicious bursting with flavours and brilliant value for money.

As a teenager the stalls were my regular haunt for all the chaat delights they served and this still is undoubtedly one of my favourite dishes. Pick up copy of the magazine (available nationwide) to feast on this tangy, spicy and moreish snack.
