Such a pleasure to spend the summer doing a photo shoot with the brilliant team at Jamie Magazine; the feature is out now in the September isuue!
I have contributed to this months issue with 6 pages filled with Indian curries. The recipes are reflective of autumn and bring along the essence of comfort food on a plate. More than that I wanted to delve into lesser known regional dishes and varieties across India and also how delicious they are. From an Orissan santula, Salli boti/slow cooked parsi lamb curry, Fish Moilee/ Keralan fish curry and a delicious Bengali Dal, its a glimpse of how communities in India cook and eat some real gems.
