This is most definitely my favorite time of the year. With all the events and menus planned during Diwali leading all the way to Christmas I also love having some down time and having friends around at my home to share a fantastic Indian meal. Diwali; the Indian festival of lights is celebrated across India with colors, fireworks and an array of delicious food. With so many regions across the country there are variations in what gets cooked within communities. I have shared a few recipes and cookery tips with Red Magazine this month for an Indian celebratory meal to mark the occasion. Devour into a feast!
