Exciting new dates added for my Indian cookery classes! These classes will focus on Easy Indian cooking for the summer months that you can cook as part of your mid week suppers. Simple to follow with recipes at hand; and dishes that are eaten as part of an everyday meal in most Indian households. I will share family recipes, cooking secrets and spice tips on Indian cooking on the dates below.
If you’re looking for the perfect Christmas gift or simply keen to enhance your Indian cookery skills this is class will cover the use of traditional spices in delicious curries, cooking methods and answer any questions about recipes you are keen to try. As always the classes aim to be fun, informative, giving an insight into Indian food and how you can make it part of your repertoire. If you don’t have a copy of my book it will be on sale at the cookery class.
The 3 hour workshop is £65/- per person inclusive of
A master class with Maunika showcasing spices and aromatic flavours of India with a range of snacks, curries and desserts
A 5 course Indian meal of delicious curries, freshly made breads, chutneys and dessert to including wine to complement the meal.
A goody bag to include Indian chutney and jars of spice blends
